    Pilot light goes out on comfort zone heater vent free heater when fan running
    Comfort zone heater-vent free-pilot gets blown out when heater shuts down and the fan is running

    Sounds like a leaking heat exchanger. Start & observe a heating cycle. If you notice main burner flame disturbance when the blower starts/runs, inspection by a pro might be necessary.
