You can start taking prenatal vitamins to decrease the risk of neural tube defects should you become pregnant. However, these will not increase your chance of conceiving.

How long were you taking depo? Depo Provera can prohibit pregnancy for up to 18 months or more after discontinuing it.

Be patient. Even without the Depo Provera it can take a year or more for a healthy woman to get pregnant.

Try not to stress yourself out each month building up hope.

Give your body time to readjust.

Have a strong and stable relationship that isn't causing undue stress and worry.

Take prenatal vitamins, eat healthy, get rest, exercise and in general build a strong body and healthy mental attitude for when you do get pregnant.
