    Can I start taking my birth control pills now?
    My gynecologist told me I could start my new birth control Sunday following my period but I don't get pds every month, can I start the pills already?

    I would wait until your period, It is important to synchronize your birthcontrol with your cycle even if it is irregular. This makes sure that the hormone in the pill gets to the proper concentration and proper effectiveness. When in doubt as your doctor. When in doubt follow your doctor's directions.
