Can't turn handle control for hot/cold water faucet on tub
On my tub there are 2 separate controls one controls water pressure for shower or tub. The other controls the water tempeture. This is the one I cannot move up or down. It acts like it is frozen. This is a Delta 2300 series right temp. monitor lever. If anyone has had this similar problem I would appreciate some feed back on what I can do.

    Thank you
