    Divorcing my tunisian husband
    Hi can anyone help me on this one?
    I'm married to a tunisian man but things are not working out as planned?
    Can I leagally divorce him? Would I still be liable for his debts or upkeep
    Will he be allowed to stay in the country if he is still on visa alowance?

    You need some more background information here. Are you both in the United States? Is he on a visa now? If you are legally married to this man, then you should be able to become legally divorced. Did he come to the U.S. to marry you? Or was he already here?
