Find song by music video
I heard this song only once so I can't remember any of the words. Only the music video stayed with me. It has one guy singing with long, dark hair. He moved to a new town with his mother when he was young. He saw her with a man and then their house caught on fire. Everyone blamed him. He meets a girl and they fall in love but she is being stalked by this weird cop guy. She ends up floating face down in a river and everyone blames the kid again. Oh, and they set fire to his house too. I think he leaves town after that and cuts his hair. That's all I remember. Please help.
