    Not able to conceived (second pregnancy)
    We have been trying for a second child for some time now (our first born is through natural biological pregnancy). After detailed tests, we discovered that husband is suffering from Asthenozoospermia. Doc has recommended IVF, but we are not too keen considering its complicated procedure and risk of multiple pregnancies. What is the best way to get pregnant again?

    No one online can possibly give you a meaningful answer. The health and history and fertility of both of you are all part of this. You should go back to your fertility doctor and ask for more options, if you reject IVF. If money is no object, have just one fertilized egg implanted per attempt.

    Have you looked into adoption in case several years pass by?
