We have been trying for a second child for some time now (our first born is through natural biological pregnancy). After detailed tests, we discovered that husband is suffering from Asthenozoospermia. Doc has recommended IVF, but we are not too keen considering its complicated procedure and risk of multiple pregnancies. What is the best way to get pregnant again?
