    Dizziness.
I've been dizzy for the past 5 hours accompanied by slight hearing loss. I've drank fluids, eaten, slept, lain down with no lessening of the issue. Should I wait it out and see if it goes away tomorrow or should I go to the doctor asap?

Your symptoms can be caused by a buildup of fluid inside your ear. This can be from a cold or allergy or from an ear infection, among other causes. You may want to wait a little before calling a doctor and take some cold or allergy medicine with antihistimines to see if that helps.
