I've been having dizziness/vertigo for several months. It started about the same time that one of my back molars broke. The pain has caused earaches and headaches, and while uncomfortable, I can handle them. But the dizziness is another matter. The dizziness has affected my ability to hold a job (two separate occasions I quit after only a day or two. It's kind of embarrassing for me to a degree, plus if I'm unable to do the work, what's the point of wasting my time or the employer's time) and limited some of my activities. Because of that, I'm a bit depressed and unsure of myself. Most days I don't even leave my apartment. I'm just wondering if having a broken tooth could cause anything like this, or if perhaps I'm looking at an entirely different problem. I know I need to see both a doctor and a dentist, but with only my fiancée working, we're barely making enough to keep our apartment and a vehicle. Any advice would be appreciated, and would it be better to see a doctor first or a dentist? We may eventually have enough saved back to see one or the other (and whichever one I don't see first can be seen on a later date). Thank you in advance for any replies.

It can cause many things, and if infected, some leading up to life threatening.

No way to tell without medical treatment, do you mean that for three months and losing two jobs, you have not had this taken care of ?

When money is an issue, things get put aside. So to answer your question, yes, this hasn't been looked into. I did go to a dentist once when it first started, but they wouldn't even let me into the back to see anyone (didn't even make it beyond the waiting room doors) without having insurance or a down payment. Once I said that I wasn't sure how I was going to pay for my treatment, they brushed me aside. Not sure what other options I have. I'm beginning to think it's going to have to become life-threatening before anyone will help. But thanks for the reply.
