    Not enough hot water in dishwasher and washing machine
    My dishwasher does not get enough hot water to clean the dishes,and my washing machine doesn't get enough hot water. Is it an appliance issue or a plumbing or water heater issue?

    My bet is on the water heater. Tell me more about it. Is it electric or gas? How old is it? How often do you flush your water heater? Back to you, Tom
