    96' Honda Accord almost starts
I have a 1996 Honda Accord with the four cylinder motor. It is an automatic with air conditioning. My problem is this: when I attempt to start the car it cranks perfectly and hits well enough for me to let off the ignition because it seems to have started. But it doesn't keep running. It will do this over and over- hitting and not running no matter what the conditions are outside (hot, cold, wet, dry). It was doing this once before and I replaced plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor. It ran for several weeks before the no start problem came back; but it is back and I don't know where to go next. Pulled the plugs and they smell like fuel and have spark when I turn the car over. Someone please tell me what to try next.

Got new fuel pump relay, but did not help. Changed fuel filter. No help. Unplugged vacuum hose from EGR, still won't run. It starts fine, but like it's got no gas it stops right away. How can I troubleshoot what is wrong and/or what is most likely wrong?

I have a 1990 Accord that starts in the morning just fine, warms up for about 6 to 8 minutes, and then stops (tach bounces around just before it dies). After it stops, it will not start right away. I'm having problems getting my Civic to run consistently. It will run for about 3-4 miles and then stall out and won't start again until it cools off for a couple of hours. When I try to restart it, it sounds like it's going to start but it just won't go all the way. It goes through more coolant...
