    Linear velocity problem
    An electric fan has blades of length 15 cm as measures from axis of rotation . If the f an is rotating at 1500 ro=pm the linear speed of pint on the tip of blade is aproxly ?

I have a 99 dodge ram 2500 my tranny will not go in gear.. the shifter moves as it is going in to gear but will not.. clutch seems to be tight as normal... anyone know what would make it do this ?even when I shut it off it still in neutral.. thanks
