I have an older mobile home and there have always been problems with low hot water pressure in the showers. The cold water works fine in the showers. The sinks all over the house have decent water pressure for both temperatures. If I do not use the shower for a while, the hot water works good...

I own a 2004 one story home. 1500 square feet. The hot water pressure in both bathtubs only has started running very low. Everything else is normal. Nothing else has been tinkered with that would have caused this. What would be the cause and cost to fix?
Gradual decrease in water pressure in upstair showers

Both of my upstairs showers have gradual decrease in water pressure. It started in the master bathroom so we started using the spare upstairs and now this shower is slowly losing water pressure.
