    Permanent Resident with US Infraction
I received a non traffic infraction in Washington for throwing a cigarette butt out of the Window from my car. I paid my fine. I was wondering if this would have an impact on my Permanent Residence. Will it impact my visit to the US and reentry into Canada? Please advise.

I don't think this non traffic infraction will have any effect on your further immigration issues.
