    Heavy and irregular Bleeding
    Hello Doctor,

    I am 27, I had sex during my periods on 8sep, after that I was in heavy bleeding periods for 3 weeks, then after 3-4 days it was fine but still I can see some very small blood clots now.

    I took ipill birth control pill last year every thing was normal after that.

    I have done ultrasound of lower abdomen/ pelvis
    report says - my right ovary appears bulky and shows a simple cyst measuring 4.3 X 2.2 cm

    is it something very serious??
    what do I do?
    Is it curable? How long will it take to become normal?

    please advice.. thanks in advance.

    Hi Himanshi556 I read your gynecological concern and would like to offer my un professional advice. From what you have expressed causes me to think you may have a condition called endometriosis, fibroids, or polycystic ovarian syndrome. You must also know that birth control pills can cause blood clots to form. In order to accurately detect endometriosis, your gynecologist has tp perform an exploratory laparocopy
