Hello Doctor,

I am 27, I had sex during my periods on 8sep, after that I was in heavy bleeding periods for 3 weeks, then after 3-4 days it was fine but still I can see some very small blood clots now.

I took ipill birth control pill last year every thing was normal after that.

I have done ultrasound of lower abdomen/ pelvis
report says - my right ovary appears bulky and shows a simple cyst measuring 4.3 X 2.2 cm

is it something very serious??
what do I do?
Is it curable? How long will it take to become normal?
