I am relocating my toilet about 18" to 2 feet to the left. I have already exposed all the pipes, only to find two Y connctions right where I need to put my new connection. the new toilet will sit dirctly in line with the old pipe (which flows to the left). I just need to move the toilet. The current toilet has 2 "Y" connections in succession, then about a 12" pipe followed by a 90? At the end that turns up, then a 45? Going to the right, then another 45? Sending the pipe straight up to the flange.

What I want to be able to do, is flip the direction of the curves so that the Y connections stay in place and not have to be relocated. I would leave the "Y"s in place, cut into the 12" pipe, then add the 90? Pointing up, then add a 45? Going LEFT, then another 45? Going up to the flange. The main pipe flows to the left. It should put the toilet where I want it, but I'm afraid I will mess up the flow.

Any thoughts?

Ya haven't changed a thing, my friend. The configuration's the same no matter which way it's turned. I might have had concerns if the off set had been horizontal but all you have done is reverse the vertical off set. This should give you no problems. Good luck, Tom
