    pelvic pain/pressure 37 weeks pregnant
    I'm 37 weeks pregnant and occasionally when standing ill randomly get a pain in what feels like my inner pelvic bone and it feels like the baby is pushing on the bone or its being pulled.. is this my hips spreading and the baby dropping? Thanks...

    At your point in pregnancy there is a hormone called Relaxin that is released that causes the hips to literally relax and open up in order for delivery to happen. This is all normal and natural.
