Sex with two guys
I'm 5 weeks & 5 days pregnant today. I had sex with two guys. Had sex with guy #1 on August 20 & August 23. Then that weekend had sex with guy #2 like 4 times. Guy #1 did not go inside of me but pulled out. Guy #2 went inside me all 4 times Who's the father?

Either of them... you need to learn pulling out isn't birth control.in any way shape or form... either of them could have gotten you pregnant.
A mans penis leaks sperm in other fluids all the time... not just during the grand fanalie.
You will have to have a DNA test done when the child is born to find out which.

Any time you have penile insertion there is the risk of pregnancy.
However, since 5 weeks and 5 days prior to today brings us to around August 10, I'm not sure whether it would be either of them, but could be someone else entirely. However conception dates are inexact and could go a week or more either way.
Bottom line is there are ONLY two ways to determine paternity accurately. The first way is to only have intercourse with ONE man during the period starting a week or so before your last period. The second way is DNA testing after birth.

I already know & don't need any lectures about this. Guy #2 is my boyfriend we had been broken up & we were working on things. I messed up and had sex with guy#1. If the 10th was when I got pregnant then it would be my boyfriends because we had sex that day.

No lectures, just stating facts.
But you said 5 weeks 5 days. If you do the math that takes you back to Aug 10. But since calculating a conception date is inexact you could have conceived anywhere from 7/28 to 8/24. The odds are that guy # 2 is the father. But you can't rule out Guy #1. Except with a DNA test after you give birth.

But aren't you suppose to subtract two weeks from the date the ultra sound gives you?

Technically. Getting pregnant isn't an exact science. What ultrasound tells you isn't either.

Your OB/GYN will give you an estimated date that has a margin of error of plus or minus 2 weeks...
That means you have 4 weeks that it happened. And if there was more than one guy in that month... a DNA test is the only way you can know.

I don't claim any expertise on this subject but just looking at how close the dates are, it doesn't appear likely to me that you are going to get this tied down with the data you have. Here is a fairly recent NY Times article related to the subject and I didn't read it thoroughly but testing requires samples from the father too. I don't see how you can ease your mind without some serious discussions with both possible fathers.

Very interesting. However, these tests have not yet gained legal acceptance and are very costly. Not only are they expensive, but there is still a discrepancy rate of 3.7%.
As a medical professional, I'm not sure I would trust this test in such early stages.
There are two tests that are reliable during pregnancy though. They are the amniocentesis and the CVS (chorionic villus sampling), however, they will not be done strictly for paternity testing because they are invasive and present complications to both mother and fetus.

I'm 22 and my boyfriend is 24, and we've been dating for over 2 years in a long distance relationship most of the time.
I lost my virginity to him (but not him to me-- although he hadn't had sex for almost 2 years, which is weird, right?), and when we first started hooking up, we would have sex...
