    Weight lifting strain
I did calve raises about 3 days ago and now my left calve has been hurting immensely. It hurts to put pressure on it, to walk, stretch, massage, and everything. I rest it but if I sit to long it gets stiff and makes it harder for me to walk. Did I tear a ligament? Strain my calve? It hurts the most towards the back of my knee.

No one online can possibly know what you did. Either see a sports med orthopedist or continue to rest with gentle movement to keep from cramping. Take warm baths and use a heating pad with a damp washcloth or towel. Flex your ankle and lift your knee as you sit and lie around the house, and move around the house as much as possible. If you belong to a gym, the trainer probably has some ideas about what you were doing and whether you were ready for that much weight. You may have been using muscles you don't use ordinarily.
