    Oil warning light
After I put a new head, valves and headgasket my 92 honda accord was working excellent but today after work and after driving it for 10 miles the oil warning light started blinking also the battery light came on. The oil level is fine any ideas? My car has 360,000 miles on the original motor and compression is great in all the cylinders but number 1 which is 15 points less also the timing is good I just adjusted it using the timing light

First... I'd have someone check the actual oil pressure (cold and hot)... 360,000 is a lot of miles even for a honda... it could be a failing sensor or worn bearings, maybe even a worn oil pump.

The pressure readings will point you to which it is...

Have the alternator and battery tested. Alternator failure can cause the dash lights to light up like a Christmas tree.

battety is new it just have a couple months. I changed the alternator about a year ago and since the beginning it showed the light once in a while. Im going to test it later after work to see if I have to take it back to the autoparts store thanks tx

Well if the oil pressure is good (you will have a good idea of the bottom end then, 10% or less is a good spread between cylinders for compression)... then replace the sensor (they are cheap) and it might go away. I've had nore than a few idiot light sensors go bad over the years on various manufactuers vehichles.
