    Why would a doctor in a workmens comp case try to get me to use my medicare insurance
    Hello.. I'm totally disabled through workcom and SSD case has settled with medical open my back is a mess ( illegal medical device was used on my back ) now I'm seeing a pain management doctor and he asked if I had MEDICARE ? ( he told me that I need a certain surgery done and work comp won't cover it ) I said yes I have MEDICARE he told me to ask another doctor for a referral for knee problems ( which I don't have ) I said ummmm okay sure ill do that ( BUT HAVE NOT ) because it sounds illegal to me... any advice on this I do appreciate
