    Can you have conduits enter a dry transformer above the connection points of the transformer

    I suppose it would be a question of Local Code and manufacture specifications. Start there in your search.

    NEC 110.3(B) - Listing and Labeling... if the manufacturer says you can do it in their installation instructions then you can do it...
    If the equipment is also UL listed, then here in the US you are legally allowed...
