    Lawyer withheld information
I found out after I agreed to settle for 12,000.00, found out he had 100,000.00 unlimited cap insurance. My lawyer refuse to tell me until after I agreed. I asked him prior three times how much his insurance was paying and he ignored my question.
I had originally asked for 13,000.00, my layer said I should think about it and ask for less. I kept saying I want to go to court and he said no you don't want to go. He said my case wasn't strong enough.
The insurance company offered me my first bid $5,000.00 which did not cover my medical bills and no money for pain and suffering.
Seems like the attorney is working for the insurance company. What should I do? Someone said go to the attorney general in my state.

    Please Help!
I have not signed anything yet.
