    After repairing a slow leak behind bathroom sink. I discovered the insulation to be wet and black with water a half a foot high behind wall. Should I tear out all the walls and flooring that are damp and black or can icut around the area?

    Remove the damaged drywall areas and replace. See if floor dries out. Try to spray the wood with a bleach solution and let dry.
