British Film. Kid mixed in with wrong crowd. Smashes kids face with concrete slab.
There was this British film I watched a while ago that featured a teenager who went to school and got mixed in with a bad crowd. In one scene he goes into a violent rage and hits someone in the head with a brick or concrete slab causing him to be mentally handicapped. Can someone help me find the name?
