    My wife is an ofw she sent me a message that she is in love with an arab and she wants to annul our marriage. What case can I file to sue her? Can the court issue hold departure order.

    What would you being suing her for? Desertion? What would you be hoping the outcome to be? Having her to change her heart? I highly doubt they would put YOUR personal issue over her orders

    I believe ofw stands for overseas female worker, but I could be wrong.

    Im from the Philippines, my wife is an overseas filipino worker. She is working as a respiratory theraphist. She told me that she is not coming back because there is an arab that will marry her. We are legally married. What case can I file? We have two children, 5yrs old and 12 years old.

    All you can do is divorce her, sorry. If you have the children, demand child support.

    I don't see that you have to do anything - pursue child support (which, from what I am reading, is a separate issue). This is a private site, but it's good.

    She cannot legally marry anyone while married to you.
