My wife is an ofw she sent me a message that she is in love with an arab and she wants to annul our marriage. What case can I file to sue her? Can the court issue hold departure order.

What would you being suing her for? Desertion? What would you be hoping the outcome to be? Having her to change her heart? I highly doubt they would put YOUR personal issue over her orders

I believe ofw stands for overseas female worker, but I could be wrong.

I don't see that you have to do anything - pursue child support (which, from what I am reading, is a separate issue). This is a private site, but it's good.

She cannot legally marry anyone while married to you.
