My husband has thalassemia minor. He has been prescribed Ferbisol is this safe?
My husband has thalassemia minor. He is 87 years old and a recent blood test confirmed that he has an iron deficiency. Our doctor prescribed Ferbisol. I have always been told not to give him iron supplements. Is ferbisol safe for him to take?
