Dizzy, thalassemia or blood could be? Why please help me what to do
Two years ago, I got severe dizziness when I woke up morning from bed and then I stand and I saw the whole room rotates in a circular motion and fast. I could not stand on my feet then I fall on the bed again. Then I went to the hospital with the knowledge that I can not walk straight and I can not sleep on the left side because the dizziness returns and only I can sleep on the right side with a simple dizziness Having said that to Dr. of ear, nose and throat (ENT). The ENT have examine my ears, mouth and nose he did not find anything unusual and he told me that I am well and do not suffer from anything with them. After that described me treatment for dizziness, fatigue. After one 2 weeks the dizziness had gone and I able to walk in straightening as usual. After less than a year from this incident, I start feeling tired, fatigue, dizziness, light head when I eat lunch specially, and particularly during the afternoon it repeatedly I feel light dizziness feeling to fall and not being able to focus in my vision, fatigue and exhaustion. I went to Dr. to do a blood test, and after the emergence of a blood test doctor told me that he does not have any concern but I still don't believe it because I still suffer from persistent fatigue and dizziness in the head lightness. This is the result screening tests: Knowing examination has confirmed Thalassemia. : The result examination as follows: hemoglobin: 13.0 g/dl, Total white cell count: 4.8 /L, Total Red cell count 6.82/L, MCV 63 fL, MCH19 pg, MCHC 30 g/dl, E. s. r. 1 mm/hr and glucose 88 mg/dl. Below the report a message says: Dyserythropoietic changes present suggestive of Thalassemia trait. So far I still feel the light head dizzy for two to three hours a day just accompanied with fatigue and exhaustion and weakness. Please advice me what to do? Thank you so much in advance!

What you do is take your results to a hematologist. A blood doctor. Get more tests run from that doctor and get a solid diagnosis and professional treatment.
