What can I use to safely dye my hair a lighter color?
My natural hair colour is brown. I have dyed my hair blonde, and throughout the years it is light blonde, and I loved it. I dyed my hair dark brown, seems like it is almost black. I wash my hair, so that the dye will go. I want my hair to be blonde again, so will it work if I dye my hair? I just don't want it to become orange and ruinded.
