    Water shoots out of toilet intake valve unless I turn on bathtub faucet.

    Also, I see tiny air bubbles around the intake valve inside the tank when it does start to fill properly.

    Sorry, I meant water shoots out the fill valve unless I turn on the bathtub faucet. Then toilet will fill properly. As it is filling properly, I see tiny air bubbles around the bottom intake part of the valve.

    There should be a small tube connected to the fill valve, (intake valve). That tube should be connected to the overflow pipe (that large pipe in the center). The tube should be attached to the pipe and pointed such that the water from the tube goes down the pipe.

When I turn my faucet on (hot water) it eradically shoots out water like stop and go. There isn't a steady stream of water. It seems like there are air pockets in the pressure or something. Any ideas on how to fix this?
