    Judge hasn't sent SSD consent 10wks
    It's been 10wks since appearing before a judge for SS disability... does this mean my disability has been denied? Is there any chance it could still be approved? What can I do??

    No it doesn't mean you are denied or are. If you do get a denied letter it is important to appeal it before it lapses.
