I got high on k2 and woke up in jail on burglary charges.
I have prior convictions for a burglary spree in 2006. I was 18. I did 6-9 yrs. I have a job out on bond. Im a caregiver for my bed bound mother. I support my girlfriend and 2yr old daughter. It was a commercial burglary, caught inside. There was $3200 in damages. Nothing stolen. Ill have restitution paid off by sentencing. Im going to na meetings every week. Do I have a chance at felony probation?

Nope. No chance at all with your background and current charges.

Oh now come on. You are saying that you don't remember the burglary or being arrested or anything? Not that it will matter to the judge.
(k2, spice, fake pot, a lot more potent though)

I remember what went on. K2 just makes you forget what happened seconds ago. I was in the woods with my brother. He disappeared. I heard banging. Went to check it out. The garage door to the building was open, I went in. It was dumb for shure, but I didn't break or steal anything. My bro cut a fence and broke the door. He lost his job, so he got desperate. I have a job, money enough to bond myself out on 100,000, and was doing everything right until I smoked with some friends.

How many of you were arrested and charged?
I suppose you could hire a lawyer and try for a separate trial, get fingerprints on the door and stolen stuff, etc, but I doubt that it will be allowed. You must know that you are considered just as guilty as the others.

Hello d:
Do I have a chance at felony probation?
Sure. It's not a GOOD chance, but there's a chance.

Just my brother and I. I know I'm just as guilty. I don't care what happens to me, prison isn't as bad as you probably think. I just want to know if I have a shot at isp. Really, unless they hit me with the habitual, I won't see a full year inside. Im more worried about getting and staying clean for my family. Ill try not to use in the pen, but I already know that with the influence of my friends already in the pen... probation is harder than the pen, but it keeps me around my support system. The hardest thing I ever did was tell my family that I have a problem. I don't want my daughter to think her dads a junkie.

Caring about your mother, girlfriend, and 2 year old doesn't jibe with not caring about yourself. You're a care package.
Good luck.
k2 makes someone a junkie? Or were you into other drugs too?

Since you already served time, there is almost no chance what so ever, you will get probation. So you need NOW to start making arrangements for the others to be cared for.
The court will not care that you have a girlfriend you support, or a mother you take care of. In fact it may go against you, since having that, you make a choice to use illegal drugs.
So I would say expect jail time, and if I was you, I would be working with my lawyer on a plea deal for the best you can get.
