I have 6 charges against me 3 felonies, haven't been to court am I looking at jail?
Okay I was extremely drunk one night riding home with my husband, arguing and I got out of the car he drove off I started walking two guys across the street started hollering obscene things at me, I climbed under a fence and drove off (thru a gate) in a business truck. My husband found me and got me out of the truck, cops came up I confessed and went to jail for 3 days. Can they use my confession if I was that drunk? I blew a 1.48... I have 6 different charges pending. 3 felonies and 3 misdemeanors... am I looking at jail time? I have been having financial and marital problems and had just had a very close family member die 2 weeks before this...

They can use it unless your attorney can get it thrown out.

Don't agree, don't make another single statement without an attorney.

Now they will have evidence, most likely fingerprints in the truck, maybe other.

What are the felonies, theft of the truck, damage to the fence and damage to the truck ?

Have you paid for all the damage to everything, ( or can you if you have to) often your attorney can work a deal if you can write a check large enough to fix everything

    Hello m:

They don't care about your troubles... I don't either.

The Padre is correct, of course. Don't say ANYTHING anymore, and hire a good lawyer... Toward that end, a good lawyer can probably get your charges dropped to a single misdemeanor. You'll probably be put on probation, have some community service and some fines to pay. If you play DEFENSE instead of OFFENSE, you might see some jail.

Well I was thinking maybe three misdemeanors, it may be dropped to esp if damages can be paid or at least a payment plan is worked out
