    Garnishment of SSI Disability
    I have a small claims judgement that is 12 yrs old the original amount was $500 I now owe $2200 with court costs & lawyers fees I have been off work since the end of dec 2012 I was awarded SSI Disability effective June 1st can they enforce me to pay out of my disability.

    Nope. I don't think so.

    Where is it that lawyer fees are included in small claims judgments, by the way? That seems odd.
