    OP probably googled her condition and that is what came up.

    If she abstains from sex for 3 or 4 days, it will mend quickly, there is no treatment and probably stings when a bit of urine gets near the tear.     Yes, OP should go to the doctor, only one of many visits she will have to have in the future for many reasons.
