    Guardianship/adoption
I have a 10 year old that has lived with my parents her whole life. I was very young when I had her, when I finally got old enough and stable enough to take care of her she was already comfortable where she was. So she stayed there. My question is would it be better to sign over gardiabship to my mother or to sign all rights. What exactly would be the difference.

Where do you get the idea that you can sign over your rights? If your parents want to adopt her, you can agree to it. But then you would have no rights to her at all.

Better to agree to them having guardianship.
