    23 hp Briggs vtwin problem
I have a Briggs v twin on a husqvarna yth2348 mower, the engine starts and runs great idles throttles up fine but the moment you engage the blades the motor seems to be "overfueling" I had someone sit on the mower and engage the blades and it appears the governor is pulling the linkages too far downward. This doesn't make sense to me as when the pto clutch is disengaged it throttles and maxes out at an rpm.. Please help I'm at my whits end

    Hi,
My guess is that it is not receiving enough fuel to sustain a load. That is the reason the governor opens as it does, it is trying to obtain more fuel.
    Peace,
