Acne sufferers have been found to be missing zinc in their diet. My son improved his skin by taking 22 mg. of zinc gluconate three times a day for a week, then added one 22 mg. tablet of zinc gluconate week by week until he saw improvement. You can also Google to find which foods are rich in inc gluconate. Here's a start -- "The richest sources of zinc include red meats, poultry, cheese and shellfish." Read more about zinc gluconate: Zinc Gluconate Overdose | LIVESTRONG.COM

Try this for a month and then reassess the situation.

Meanwhile, use other tips posted on this thread as to keeping your face clean.

    HI,

I will recommend you to first visit a dermatologist he will better suggest you.

Apart from that you can also follow below tips to treat acne,

    - Washing your face 4-5 times a day.
    - Use Water-based and Oil-free Skin Care Products.
    - Avoid oily and fatty foods and eat more vegetables, fruits, whole grains and lean protein.

    Thanks
