    Adoption/childsupport
I no longer have rights to child. State sent me
A notice intent to report to consumer reporting agencies. 3000 dollars. Back childsupport.
I was told I would not pay nothing back by placing my son up for adoption. Now they telling me different. The state is taking
Money out of my pay checks. I no longer have my son. Grandparents do.

You claim you have no rights. Does that mean the child hasalready been adopted by someone else? Until it is... you are still the parent and still have rights... if you choose to not exercise them is your choice, but they remain intact until terminated by a court.

Once the adoption is final... your obligations end past that point... but previously owed and unpaid obligations remain.
