Abandoned
When I was six my father left me with his sister in Arkansas, My mother could not be found. My aunt raised me until I was 18 years old. My question is this. If she raised me put me into school and had all legal rights as any actual parent would was she legally considered my parent if no actual adoption occurred.

Not unless a formal adoption took place, requiring written permission from your father and an attempt to find your mother. There are different kinds of custodial/guardian arrangements, but none would make her a parent.
I'm sorry this happened and hope you had a loving time with her. Is there a specific reason why you want her to be your legal parent? Medical decisions for her, inheritance without a will? |
