Ah, so I think I like(not sure) this boy. We used to be classmates and kindof friends; now he's in the states. I never really saw him other than a friend. He left for the states in grade 9, and now I'm graduating grade 10. We talk on fb but because of a 12-hr time difference our messages are short and abrupt. Recently though, we have been chatting and he is really nice... usually I don't go on fb but now that we started chatting, I would only open fb to see if he replied. It usually takes time and is short--sometimes he says really nice things--sometimes indifferent--It makes me confused. Am I just paranoid? Is it just a simple crush? Just friendship? Or is there more?

P.S. I am new to this feeling--so I don't know anything :) Grateful for any helpful advice, thank you

Since there are so many miles between you two, all it can probably be is a friendship. Long distance relationships are very difficult even in the best circumstances. But there is nothing wrong with remaining friends!
