    Fraud under 5000
    I got trouble with my employer two days ago and now I'm faving a court trial in June 28 I already jobless right now and I don't know what to do because I plead guilty to my employer and I already paid the said amount they were asking me to pay I need help

    We can help you try to understand your inability to realize the consequences when you commit fraud, but I don't know how we can help you with your court appearance. Apparently the company wants you to be punished even though you paid them back. This might be to make you have a record so that it will be harder to do it again, or because they want word to get out to others who work there so they won't try it too, or both.
    I'd say 'hire a lawyer' but it sounds like you can't afford one.
