Why water from washer comes up through sink
My Bathroom sink is not clogged but every time the washer runs on any size load the water comes back up in the sink. I only rinse once during washing but the water came up 3 times . I really don't want to call a plumber but if I have I will. I know there is a clog in a pipe but can I fix it? Is there anything I can do ? Sincerely , renee

Renee, it will require a sewer machine, it could hurt you. Call around and ask for prices to 'clear a washing machine drain' and go from there.

Washer backing up into kitchen sink [ 3 Answers ]

A few weeks ago our kitchen sink started backing up with water whenever we use the washing machine. We are on a septic system and have never had any problems until now. The house was built back in the 50's so we're not sure if there is a grease trap to be the cause of the issue. We've put root...
