    Cutting?
    Why do I feel like cutting? The skin on my arm burns and all I can think about is grabbing a knife and slicing into my skin. I've never done it before but I have thought about self harm. I'm not bullied and I have great friends, but at home not so good. I feel like. I can't tell anyone. I don't want to be a bother and it feels like if I did tell someone then they would make fun of me. I don't know what to do!

    Talk to your parents about how you're feeling so that they can get you the help you need. Wanting to self harm is a sign that you need help. More help than we can offer here.

    Jessi, is there a school counselor or teacher at your school who you would feel comfortable talking to about this feeling?
