    Furnace Fan Timer
    I'm having this problem:

The furnace (HEIL 5000) start fine but not the fan. After 3 minutes heating the unit turn off itself and the fan start working for 30 second and the goes off. Then repeats the cycle.

A workaround (mikey mouse) I found is doing a bridge between the 1st contact and the 5th one (starting from the right) -see pic:

This way the unit works fine the whole day.

But... if I want to use in the Air Conditioner cooler mode, I need to restore the connection to its original configuration.

Any recommendation about replacing the fan module HeatCraft model FTC5-EHO1 or/and the capacitor (see pic: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ocr5ondkig...acitor-1.JPG?m )

Also, I can find any place to buy those replacement parts (ebay, Google, etc.)

Thanks so much for any advice!

That same furnace was sold by Sears. Maybe you could find the part on their site. On the furnace data plate should be a manufacturer's number. Try looking for parts using that number.
