My eletric furnace won't shut off, the thermostat is off and the furnace still stays on. It heats but heat and blower won't shut off until I flip the breaker. Please help!!

Im converting my lennox furnace from lp gas back to natural gas. The electronic pilot will not light.. It runs the cycle... igniter gets red hot , gas comes out but won't ignite. It will light if I put a match to it. I replaced the complete assembly but still won't light??
Furnace turn on blower comes on for a 60 seconds turns off and heating elements stay on took fuses out and replaced them all one of the 30 amp was burnt
