    Troy Bilt Riding Mower won't start
    I have a Troy Bilt LTX-1842 Riding Mower with a Briggs and Stratton Intek 18.0 and it will not start at all. I was getting it ready for summer and I changed the oil, spark plug, put new fuel line and filter on. It is getting gas to the bowl and the selanoid is working. I have checked the plug and it is dry. Seems like no gas is getting to the piston. Any ideas at all? Please help.

    Hi,
    I gather that it does turn over, in which case your next course is to see if it fires off an alternative fuel source, as in remove the air filter and directly introduce a small amount of fuel.
